Returns & Exchanges
At PASTORA ALVARO we want all our girls to be delighted with their orders!
So, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we will refund the amount of the garment in a code with an expiration date of (15 days) to redeem on our website.
If you want a size change, the CHANGE IS FREE, only the first size change.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
For your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
YOU MUST SPECIFY IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE SIZE and the size you need. We will manage the change, we send you the one you need and we collect the one you return.
Size changes are FREE. Only one size change is made free of charge, the second is made at the customer's expense.
It is MANDATORY to request the return within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
-. Items must be received in our store within a period never exceeding one week from the return request, so you must facilitate the collection of the same by the transport company.
-. The items must reach us in the same conditions in which they were sent. This means: Unworn, unwashed, with all tags.
-. We do not accept returns of the following items: SALE ZONE, SUNGLASSES, ACCESSORIES, NECKLACES, EARRINGS and/or BRACELETS.
-. Once our team verifies that all the steps have been followed correctly, a voucher will be sent by email with a code redeemable on our website for the amount to be reimbursed minus €4.90 for collection costs. The code will be valid for one year. This process may take 10 business days.
Returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal must be sent by the customer.
€4.90 WILL BE DISCOUNTED FROM THE VALUE OF THE GARMENT AS RETURN EXPENSES UNLESS IT IS A FACTORY DEFECT OR THAT WE CANNOT MAKE THE CHANGE OF THE GARMENT.
NOTE: Our team will check if the return has met all these conditions that are detailed before making the return. PASTORA ALVARO reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. In this case, you will be notified via email that your order is not subject to return and the package will be returned.
HOW TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We are sorry if you have received a product with a factory defect! Our team carefully checks each garment before it is sent, going through a triple check, so this is not usual, but if it does happen, we will be happy to replace the item with another that is in perfect condition.
1. Please send an email to pastora_alvaro@hotmail.com with the photos that prove the defect of the item, the invoice or purchase receipt (the order form that appears at the end of your purchase on our website is valid), the full name of the person who made the purchase and the email through which the order was made. THE NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTIVE GARMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 24 HOURS FROM THE RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.
2. Once we receive the email, we will contact you and our transport agency will pick it up at your address, completely free of charge.
3. Inside the package, do not forget to include a document in which you specify the full name of the buyer, the date of receipt of the order, the date of purchase, the email you used to communicate with us and the defect that the garment has.
4. Our team will review the merchandise and issue, if the conditions have been met, a replacement product within a period not exceeding 15 business days. In the event that the item is no longer available, an exchange for another item or a refund of its value in a voucher may be permitted.
NOTE: The customer who manages a return for a defective product assumes his responsibility, as well as all the legal consequences that may derive from a conduct of bad faith constituting fraud.
